The room is professionally soundproofed and treated for voice, so the recording stays controlled. You don’t get any extra room or outside noise that shows up when a space isn’t built for audio.
Melanie records and edits in the same environment, which keeps sessions consistent. Files are cleaned and prepped as part of the workflow. Delivery can be a dry track for your engineer or a finished mix when that’s what the project calls for.
Remote direction is available for live sessions. Producers can listen in, give notes, and make adjustments in real time.

Turnaround, Editing, and Delivery
Most projects recorded from the Houston studio are delivered within 24 hours. Same-day turnaround is often possible.
Melanie handles the full session from start to finish. She records, engineers, and edits in-house. That keeps revisions simple and the schedule moving.
Scripts and finished audio are exchanged electronically: email works; Dropbox works; any client file sharing software works. Dry audio is available for in-house production. Finished files with basic mixing are available when needed.
